Jane and Fred guarantees that the products meet the specified specifications. Meet the reasonable requirements of reliability and / or usability.
The above-mentioned guarantee applies for a period of 14 days after delivery.
Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
The delivery note serves as a guarantee certificate.
If the products do not meet the specified specifications or if there is a defect, Jane and Fred will repair or replace the product free of charge.
The warranty does not apply if:

The consumer has repaired and / or modified the delivered products himself or had them repaired and / or modified by third parties.
The delivered products are exposed to abnormal circumstances or are otherwise carelessly treated or are contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and / or have been treated on the packaging.

Liability for defective delivery is in all cases limited to the replacement or repair of the item or to the repayment of at most the purchase amount.
Jane and Fred is not liable for damage resulting from intent, fault, negligence or improper use (not even by third parties).
Jane and Fred do not accept any claim for consequential damage.
Jane and Fred is not liable for damage as a result of washing, drying, ironing, steaming or similar forms of treatment to the delivered product.
Jane and Fred accepts no liability for the loosening of buttons, stones, sequins or other applied parts.
