It promises to be a hot summer. What better than a hot cocktail. A combination of mango, cane sugar and chili pepper. The basis for a spicy summer cocktail or mocktail. Depending on your hat (or sun hat). Whatever you make of it, summer will be a party!
This is how you make it:
Put the contents of the jar in a pan, add 120 ml of water and put on low heat. Heat while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Filter the syrup. Keep the mango aside as a garnish.
For the mocktail applies: 1 part mango-chili syrup from the pan to 1 part tonic.
For the cocktail applies: 1 part mango-chili syrup from the pan to 1 part gin or gin.
Add a lot of ice cream and garnish with the mango kept aside if desired. Cheers hotties!
